TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Intellectual and industrial property

FMP-Digital Architects respects intellectual and industrial property rights, and imposes the same duty on all its employees and associates. All contents shown on the Website, and in particular the designs, texts, images, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, brands, or any other symbols capable of industrial or commercial exploitation, are subject to intellectual and industrial property rights held by FMP-Digital Architects or third-party rightsholders.

Users undertake not to reproduce, copy, distribute, make available, or in any other way publicly communicate, transform, or alter the said contents, unless they have the permission of the owner of the corresponding rights, or this is permitted by law. Thus, it shall under no circumstances be understood that FMP-Digital Architects has granted any licence or made any waiver, transfer, assignment, whether in whole or in part, of the said rights, or that it confers any right or expectation of any right, and in particular any right to alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute, or publicly communicate the said contents, unless FMP-Digital Architects or the corresponding rightsholder have given their express prior permission.

This free supply of contents results in third parties being informed of the user nickname or name with which Users have registered on our Website, given that the said nickname is inextricably linked to the contents that Users include on our Website, all of which is known to and accepted by the Users. This supply of contents, however, does not entail any assignment or communication of Users’ personal data to any third party or the provision of tools or means of any kind that will allow third parties to ascertain the said data.

Finally, you are hereby informed that FMP-Digital Architects may add commercial bumpers to any video content that Users may supply to or include on the Website prior to their playback, which users accept by the mere fact of including the contents on FMP-Digital Architects. FMP-Digital Architects undertakes not to alter or split the contents supplied, and not to add the commercial bumpers in such a way that they may affect the content or appear to be a part of the video content.

2. Processing of personal data

FMP-Digital Architects guaranties the protection of all personal data supplied by Users on the Website, and in compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, Royal Decree 1270/2007 of 21 December, and all other applicable regulations, hereby informs you that:

All personal data supplied to FMP-Digital Architects via the Website shall be processed by FMP-Digital Architects in accordance with the statutory requirements, and shall be stored in an automated file created and maintained under the responsibility of FMP-Digital Architects, duly recorded with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

3. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The resolution of any dispute and/or discrepancy that may arise in relation to the existence, validity, interpretation, application, performance, breach, or nullity of these General Conditions shall be subject to the imperative rules governing the applicable law and jurisdiction. Pursuant to the provisions of article 5 of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on Personal Data Protection, FMP-Digital Architects hereby informs you that the personal data you supply at fmpdigitalarchitects.com shall be stored in an automated personal-data file.

The ONLY aim of this file is the administration of users for the purpose of using the services offered.
